The location of this hotel is it's best asset. It is within walking distance to grafton street and the city centre

The only thing I did not like was the parking facilities. I was lucky that the car park was empty but if there were more cars there I dont know how I would have turned my car to get out!

  • Older travelers
    7.8

The hotel is really nice and very Georgian

Just a bit noisy if your room is in front of the road. Ask for a room in the back

  • Couple
    3.8

    The parking is very secure

The noise from outside (nightclub across the street) did not stop all night and we were on the top floor. Constant sirens of Garda cars and ambulances, never got to sleep properly.

    Nothing special

It's cheap for being a 4 star hotel; but, from a 4 star hotel, you could expect something more.

ideally located within 5 minutes walking distan form grafton street, very frindly and helpful staff and a free carpark!!!

Room was large and the personnel was very helpful.

My one-night stay was very good. I particularly valued the comfortable lounge for reading/ route planning etc. High quality en suite bathroom. Generally quiet environment. Private car park. Very good staff including clear response to queries over the phone.

I need a stronger focussed light for reading in bed.

Getting out of the room in the morning.

Very tired decor, beds very uncomfortable, the view was horrendous, opposite a burned down building with bad ass wrote on a board. We had two rooms one for my husband and our daughter another for our teenage sons, their view was off a dumpster and barbed-wire with an emergency fire exit running down the outside of the window. When I asked why there was a queue outside one of the neighbouring houses across from us, we were told it was actually a nightclub, the queue was enormous, and this was at 7.30pm. For two nights we couldnt sleep for the noise. This had to be the worst experience we have had, and as we had to save really hard for a holiday to say we were gutted would be an understatement.

The room was very spacious and the decor was as expected. Only stayed 1 night but relaxing.

  • Couple

Teribble noise from Luas all day. Drunken behaviour outside at night due to nightclubs in the vicinity. Do not expect a good nights sleep if you stay here. Did not service our room eventhough we stayed for the weekend.

  • Group of friends
    6.6

The street the hotel is located in was very noisy as it has a number of nightclubs open until 4am.

  • Group of friends
    9.2

the noise on the street as clubs go onto until early hours

  • Older travelers
    6.6

Noise from patrons of nightclubs across the road and taxis beeping horns until 4.30 Fri night/Sat morn. Impossible to get a nights sleep. We had requested a room at rear of hotel when booking thru Booked.net, but request was ignored and we were allocated a room to front of hotel. Because of this will not return to this hotel and will discourage our friends or associates from staying.

  • Older travelers
    8.2

Location to walk to city centre excellent. Breakfast good. Staff friendly. Car park not big but assume there are always spaces?

No bar available on the premises early in the week when club not open. Double room booked but we got a twin room. We had a room to the back of the holet and it was quite . There would be noise to the front .

  • Single
    8.8

There was parking available and wifi access, great location, easy access for taxis

It was a bit noisy as my room was at the front of the hotel, double glazing would solve the problem
