Great Location; Clean Room; Quite nice breakfast - excellent pancakes :) - Good value for money
When we said we were Romanians - the staff attitude changed a bit. But anyway, they were ok.
Great location, nice staff ,good value and excellent rooms. Wold recommend to anyway.
Harrington Hall is a short stroll to Grafton St, ideal for shopping and going out, no taxis required! The rate was exceptional value, considering parking was also included. The room was clean, warm dry and adequate for a nights stay. And surprisingly, it was also very quiet give the proximity to nightlife. I would definitely stay again
Excellent Location. Very quiet, despite what some previous reviews have said. Loved the division of our room into separare sofa and sleeping areas. Bathroom immaculate. Staff all very pleasant. Happy to return. One of my best booling.com choices to date.
Breakfast was a bit dissapointing- small quantity and lukewarm. Dont let this put you off the hotel though as excellent breakfasts can be found in nearby cafes at a cheaper price.
Harrington Hall is a lovely Georgian building in a great location near St Stephen's Green. Staff were helpful, rooms were clean. The room we were eventually given was beautiful. Irish breakfast was good quality. Excellent value for money.
At least one of the rooms is terrible (poky twin overlooking the car park - we complained that we had booked a double and were upgraded). Breakfast portions could have been bigger. There is a nightclub and taxi rank directly opposite which was very noisy but it's probably much quieter than lots of other Dublin hotels!
Hotel staff were very helpful. The Decor was good Breakfasts were excellent. The adjacent restuarant was very good and provided very good value.
During the day we were very happy with the hotel. However it really came to life around 11PM and was still noisy at 5 am. We are no longer able to party all night. We had a front room.We may stay there again, But we will try a room at the rear next time. I would recommend this hotel to people who might enjoy night clubbing.
The location was near the town center of Dublin and most attractions were within walking distances and Stephens Green was at the end of the street. The room was very spacious, comfortable and clean. The employees were nice.
We were on the back side of the hotel and still we could hear the noise from the Pub several doors down from the Hotel unitl 3:00 a.m. in the morning.
great value for money and location perfect, 5min walk from grafton st. Secure Car park. We stayed in room at rear of building and didn't hear a sound, advisable as hotel is on street with numerous oubs/clubs.
Location was very convenient to the city plus the hotel offered free car parking. Hotel staff were very friendly. Room was a good size and located at the back of the hotel so was quite.
The bed was a bit hard but that's all.
The location was good for me as I had exam being held nearby and the hotel staff was very helpful and welcoming.
The bed and beddings were not comfortable so struggled to put myself asleep! The room had poor noise insulation despite closing windows and load of noise awake a couple of time during sleep. Tram and nearby pubs were the reasons.
Very old world no 34 was a little dark on arrival -.loved ambiance Everything very clean and convenient. espec lifts.Breakfasts v good espec trad breakfast.. Didnt sleep too well with noise of music .would stay again if l had earplugs -should be provided as i stayed before with the same.
Couldnt make out phone or email clearly
It was in a great location and The furniture in the room was lovely. Mthe room was spacious and comfortable.
The staff were not knowlegable enough, for example, we needed to do some laundry and we had missed the hotel laundry service, the staff were not really able to advise us and they did not try to find out any information to assist us. Also when we were leaving we needed to go to the ferry, I wanted Irish ferries and asked for directions, the person on the desk gave us printed directions that I actually queried and was told all ferries leave from Dun....... Port. In fact we followed the directions given, arrived at the wrong port and had to make our way back to Dubin (30mins drive on a good run). We did make our ferry, however, had we not allowed enough time we would have missed it.
The hotel is very central being close to Grafton Street and St Stephens Green. Rooms are comfortable and bathroom was excellent. Good breakfast.
On Saturday afternoon we returned to the hotel shortly after 4pm only to find that our room had not been serviced. Had to wait some time before we could access it. The television in our room , room32, is on its last legs. Reception is very poor with a limited choice of channels.
I liked the location, the rooms are well sized and comfortable
I was woken up at 3 am by the noise from the nightclub across the street. Taxis, horns blaring, people screaming. I had a street facing room on the 1st floor. Because of this unfortunately I will probably not stay here again which is sad because it is a really nice hotel Also, lack of internet in the room. If you want to bring business people this is critical. I work for a global company and I wasnt able to log into meetings which again had i known this I would have stayed elsewhere your site says Wifi but doesnt say only in the lobby
Central location easy walking distance and trams, lovely style and ambience, fresh flowers, reasonable rates via web site booking .com, wi-fi access
There was a little uncertainty if our booking had been received. It took a little bit of time to clarify which made us a bit anxious.
